Terms and Conditions, Phases & Charges for website designing and maintenance:


PHASE 1:

1.Please send or discuss the design and layout of the desired website to be built. (only practical and possible designed would be approved.)


OR The website will be given its look and layout by the deisgner (* Extra charges would be applicable in case the design is manipulated or changed after the website is completed.)

2. Please submit the photographs, images, logos (edited), once and for all, images to be changed, edited, removed, made will encure applicable charges.

3. The text and other details like the number of pages required, number of links required, etc should be informed in advance and should be final.

PHASE II :
1. Designing:
Designing cost depend on the type of website required and the no. of pages it will have. The cost of each phase is given below. The time required for development of website depend on the same factors.
2. Uploading the website contents: The webspace (web hosting) should be enough to hold all the contents. Charges for booking domain name and web hosting are discussed below.

3. Final touch up: After the website is uploaded on the internet, it will be given a final touch-up without changing the look, minor errors or changes can be made in this phase.

4. The designed website would contain a link and maximum of 3 pages of the designers advertisement and profile.

5. Search engine optimisation : This task enhance the visibility of your website on th search engines like Google, Yahoo etc. (optional and not included in normal designing charges).

6. Any software or pakage required in the website has its own respective charges.(optional)


PHASE III :

1. MAINTENANCE: Once the website is completed and uploaded, any changes required or editing required would have charges based on hourly basis (charges discussed below).

2. If pictures are to be edited or changed in the website in this phase, an extra charge would be applicable per picture and editing.

3. Text matter also has same cost for editing.

CHARGES:

Phase I: no charges.

Phase II:

1.Dynamic website (15 pages) using SQL\ASP\PHP having basic functionalities: Rs: 35,000/-

2. Shopping cart for website: Rs: 25,000/-

3. Static website (informative, 15 pages) : Rs: 20,000/-

4. Each extra page design and coding: Rs. 300/- per hour OR Rs. 1,500/- per page which ever is more.

5. SEO (search engine optimization): Done by third party. (depends on the page contents and matter.)

6. Software or pakages like picture galleries etc: variable and depends on the software.

Phase III:

1. Maintenance:
1. Picture editing and replacing, readjustment : Rs. 30 per picture. 2. Editing text matter: Rs. 300/- per page. 3. Editing pages: Rs. 300/-Per hour OR Per page designing charge (Rs.15,00) depending on the case.
